Honey Milk and Oat Bath Soak to Soothe Your Soul!

I have a very easy holistic recipe for a honey milk and oat bath soak.   It is easy to make and easy to use while soaking your days troubles away!  I love to luxuriate in my bath, how about you?

Try this wonderful bath soak recipe and this may just have found yourself a new stress reliever.

1 cup oats
1-2 tablespoons dry/powdered milk
1 tablespoon honey

optional, muslin bag to keep everything out of your drain

In a muslin/mesh bag or small mixing bowl, combine the oats, honey and dry milk together.  See photo below.   After you have mixed the ingredients,  you can enjoy this right away in a warm bath, soaking for at least 20 minutes and then moisturizing well with a thick cream after.  Be sure to pull the string on your mesh or muslin bag once it is mixed before you put it into your bathtub 🙂

You can get small mesh bags at the grocery store in the fresh produce department.  Another type of bag that is cheap is a painters bag that you can find at any local hardware store.
